Custom Subperiosteal Implant

The Custom Subperiosteal Implants manufactured by Vital Design Prosthesis are designed implementing advanced techniques of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), resulting in an implant that perfectly fits and follow the surface of the maxilla and / or jaw, also ensuring excellent mechanical resistance to occlusal loads.

̈Perfect solution for patients with severely atrophic jaws ̈

Virtual Planning

View of the upper jaw in axial plane of patient with severe maxillary atrophy after osteotomy made with a custom surgical guide.

The surgeon is given a simple and effective alternative for a correct oral rehabilitation so that the patient can recover oral function together with an improvement in oral aesthetics.

Surgical Guides

The Custom Subperiosteal Implant, Surgical Cutting Guides and Surgical Drilling Guides are manufactured by Additive Manufacturing (AM) with Titanium 6A-4V Grade 23 ELI, considered the best grade of titanium for use in medical devices, with an extensive and successful clinical history of use.

Types of Subperiosteal Implants
