Procedure for Sending Files
Windows
1. Insert the disc into your computer’s CD/DVD drive.
2. Open Windows File Explorer.
3. Click the CD/DVD drive to open the disc contents.
4. Select the files and folders you want to copy.
5. Right-click on the files and select “Copy”.
6. Navigate to the folder where you want to copy the files.
7. Right-click on the folder and select “Paste”.
8. Wait for the copy of the files to complete.
9. Open wetransfer.
10. Place send to email: request@vdpbio.com
11. Write your mail.
12. As a title, write your name and specialty, or if you are a relative of the patient.
13. As a message, a brief diagnosis of the patient and the type of implant you want with all the possible specifications.
14. Drag or select the folder that contains the CT Scan Disk information.
15. Press Send/Transfer.
Mac

3. Click the CD/DVD drive to open the disc contents.
4. Select the files and folders you want to copy.
5. Right-click on the files and select “Copy”.
6. Navigate to the folder where you want to copy the files.
7. Right-click on the folder and select “Paste Items”.
8. Wait for the copy of the files to complete.
9. Open wetransfer.
10. Place send to email: request@vdpbio.com
11. Write your mail.

On both operating systems, you can also drag and drop files and folders from the CD/DVD drive to the folder where you want to copy them.
