Custom Craniofacial Implants manufactured by Vital Design Prosthesis are designed using advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) techniques, resulting in an implant that perfectly follows the rim of the skull.
The materials of choice are PEEK Medical Grade and Titanium 6A-4V ELI Grade 23, considered the best biomaterials for use in medical devices, with an extensive and successful clinical history of use.
